Beeutiful Terms & Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By continuing on this website you accept and agree tobe bound and abide by these terms of use and our privacy policy.The following terms and conditions govern your access to and use of beeutiful.co.uk, including but not limited to our bi-monthly Bee Box subscription product, other Beeutiful products and gift service, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through beeutiful.co.uk (from now referred to as the Site). The materials contained in this website are protected by copyright and trademark laws. By accessing, making a purchase or subscribing to the Bee Box or using any Beeutiful operated Site or mobile application you agree to abide by and be bound by the terms described herein. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms or by our privacy policy then please do not access the Site.
Use of the Site – you must be 18 years or over to purchase from the Site and are legally bound to fulfil all obligations.
Your Data – you understand we use the information you provide to us to complete your transaction and fulfil our obligation to you as service provider. We do not store payment information but will utilise your email address to contact you about your order and confirm your order is on it’s way and inform you of any website and product updates or offers. You can unsubscribe at any time. We will not pass your information to third parties except for payment transaction as described below.
Payment – we use a reputable third party (Stipe Payments Ltd) to process your payment information and you agree to them using your information to process your payment. Beeutiful can not be held responsible for any third party breach.
Shipping – all products must be paid for online and before they are shipped. Please see our Shipping terms but we aim to ship within three working days but if a product is out of stock and a new batch to be made this may take up to five working days. We can not be held responsible for any third party actions such as Royal Mail strikes that may disrupt these timings. If your order has not arrived within seven working days please contact us at [email protected]
Subscribing to the Beeutiful Bee Box – by subscribing you agree to the minimum term of either six months (3 boxes) or 12 months (6 boxes). You can cancel at any time but will still be bound to make payments each month until the subscription period has completed. If you do not cancel your subscription at the end of your subscription period we will email you to remind you so you can choose to cancel or your subscription will automatically renew on a rolling contract, paid bi-monthly and can then be cancelled at anytime. You accept that your subscription being auto renewed on the date advised at sign up is not considered an error liable for refund.
For your convenience and continuous subscription benefit if your payment method reaches its expiration date, you do not edit your credit card information and you have an ongoing subscription, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to update your payment method information when a card is due to expire. We will contact you if we are unable to take payment so you can amend payment details.
Shipping for the Beeutiful Bee Box is free and you are able to make a one-off purchase of the Box throughout the year via our Gift Box category on the Site.
Order Confirmation – We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. The Company reserves the right to decline sales to any party.
Warranty – You are responsible for deciding if the products you receive are suitable for you (including allergies). You agree to make an informed decision on whether to use the products we provide and therefore do not hold Beeutiful responsible in any way for any harm caused by products supplied by us to you in good faith.

Site Ownership – The Site is owned by Beeutiful. All content including, but not limited to text, graphics, data, photographic images, moving images, sound, illustrations and software are protected by copyright, trade dress, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to the protection of intellectual property. All intellectual property rights are the property of Beeutiful and intellectual property rights in our products including images, text, and formulations remain the property of Beeutiful and are trade marked as such.
Use of the Site – All content is intended for customers of Beeutiful. You may not use the Site for any purpose not related to your business with Beeutiful. You are prohibited from: (a) copying or re-transmitting any or all of the Site or content without a written agreement from Beeutiful; (b) using any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (c) purchasing, registering, subscribing, unsubscribing or attempting to register, subscribe or unsubscribe any party for any Beeutiful product including the Bee Box if you are not authorized to do so; (d) modifying any part of the Site; (e) disabling or interfering with security-related features of the Site or any system resources, services or networks connected to or accessible through the Site; (f) selling, licensing or leasing any content without specific written authorisation from Beeutiful and (g) using the Site other than for its intended purpose. In addition you agree not to use the Site or contents in any manner that could damage the reputation of the company.
Trademarks – All Beeutiful logos and designs are trademarked and any other product or service name or slogan contained in the Site are trademarks of Beeutiful and its suppliers or licensers, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the company or the applicable trademark holder. In addition, the design of the Site, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts, may not be copied, without written permission from the company.
Registration and account security – By using the Site or subscribing to the Beeutiful Bee Box you agree to: (a) provide accurate information about you on the Site (“Registration Data”); (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to Beeutiful; (c) maintain the security of your password; (d) notify us immediately of any breach of security connected with your account; (e) accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account; and (f) accept all risks of unauthorised access to the data and any other information you provide.
Disclaimer – Beeutiful will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from contents contained in any of our products including the Bee Box, (including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, choking, medical complaints, death or injury to any animal or person). Children must be monitored at all times when using our products and should always be supervised.
You, not Beeutiful assume the entire cost of all necessary medical bills or any arising legal fees or bills whatsoever due to purchasing Beeutiful products.
Beeutiful will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the site or content, including, but not limited to lost profits and direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. We make no claim that the site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
Limitation of Liability – in no event shall Beeutiful, it’s directors, investors, employees or agents be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to death, illness, medical complaints, loss of profits or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the site, our products, the services, Bee Box contents or the materials contained in or accessed through the site, including without limitation any damages caused by mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, whether or not resulting from acts of god, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to Beeutiful’s records, programmes or services. You agree total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Beeutiful for that calendar month in question. UK law shall apply to these Terms, and the parties agree to submit all disputes between them to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
Termination – Beeutiful reserves the right, without notice and at its sole discretion, to terminate youraccount/subscription and/or to block your use of the Site.
Changes to Site Terms Beeutiful reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms & Conditions or any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
